Ci\u00eancias Sociais, Sociologia, Antropologia, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Psicologia ou \u00e1reas afins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experi\u00eancia m\u00ednima comprovada de 2 anos em pesquisa social, inqu\u00e9ritos, monitoria ou trabalho comunit\u00e1rio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resid\u00eancia efectiva em Moc\u00edmboa da Praia ou Palma;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experi\u00eancia comprovada na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de entrevistas e recolha de dados em contexto comunit\u00e1rio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conhecimentos s\u00f3lidos em elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o de manuais e materiais t\u00e9cnicos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elevado sentido de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, media\u00e7\u00e3o comunit\u00e1ria e relacionamento interpessoal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dom\u00ednio funcional do portugu\u00eas (oral e escrito);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conhecimento de l\u00ednguas locais predominantes em Cabo Delgado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No\u00e7\u00f5es comprovadas de protec\u00e7\u00e3o da crian\u00e7a, salvaguarda e \u00e9tica em pesquisa social;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disponibilidade imediata para trabalho de campo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experi\u00eancia em contextos humanit\u00e1rios, de emerg\u00eancia ou p\u00f3s-conflito;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiaridade com metodologias participativas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o social;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacidade de trabalho em equipa multidisciplinar e sob
